More Streamlining.

Starting today, zachmargolis.com is a lot more streamlined. If you don't have Javascript, you will only be taken to non-javascript pages (where they exist) and if you do have Javascript, you will go to the fancier versions.

Also, the URLs have been simplified, there is now /web, /video, and /about instead of /web.html, /video/video.html and /about.html. This should make things easier to remember and it looks way sharper.

I know this isn't a real update, I'll do something interesting soon and write about it
